ASAME and GPA systems include a complete manual
covering all aspects of their software and hardware. Additionally,
online help is accessible directly from the programs. You may also
choose to submit your questions to ASAME support.
A username and password are required to download these files. To receive a username and password you must have a valid technical support contract, or you may purchase one on this page as shown below. The current service release of the ASAME and GPA software can be found here. To request support regarding the operation of the ASAME and/or GPA hardware and software, please send your inquiry to . A valid technical support contract is required to obtain support for your ASAME and/or GPA system. If you do not have a valid technical support contract, you may either choose to be billed for an individual support request at $100 per hour with a minimum billing of 0.5 hour, or to purchase a one-year technical support contract as listed below.
